Call for Abstract

Submission Instructions

Abstracts should be submitted electronically in a PDF or Word file through our online system no later than ~~March 31, 2010~~ April 9, 2010. Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.
Upon submission, please select one of the following topics to which the abstract is relevant.

Abstracts must be written in English.
The abstract should contain approximately 500 words.
Please list 3 keywords at least in your abstract.
Acknowledgement of the receipt of submission will be sent by e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at: jshis-akita@ics-inc.co.jp.
A first notification on acceptance of the abstracts will be e-mailed in April 2010.
The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; when an abstract is accepted, any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
