The Secretariat has selected hotels in different categories for the symposium participants. Special rates have been secured but can be obtained only until 11th June, 2010. In order to secure hotel accommodations, participants should send the reservation form. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommendable. Any booking requests received after 11th June, 2010 cannot be guaranteed and rates may be higher than those quoted below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee will be charged as follows;

7－2days before the date of stay:

20% of total amount

The day before the date of stay:

50% of total amount

On the date of stay and No notice:

100% of total amount
